Come and help SWC plan events for the next several months!

When: Thursday, Sept. 26th from 5:30-7:30pm. 

Where: MVPs in Sycamore

What is a planning meeting? Every 6-8 months we hold a meeting to plan out events for the club and decide who is going to coordinate each one. We will start with a brainstorming session where anyone can put forth an idea for an event or gathering.  We will then vote/rank which ones we want to do the most and then schedule them for a specific month and ask for volunteers to help organize.

Anyone who wants to help can come!  New members, old members, members who want to just check it out!

Our last planning meeting had over 30 people and we could always use fresh ideas and a helping hand. This is YOUR chance to decide what the club should be doing. SWC is YOUR club! 😊

I understand we are all very busy, but please consider helping out. It takes a lot of time and effort to organize these events.

Here’s a general breakdown what we’ll do:

I. Social time/Dinner/Idea brainstorm 5:30-6pm
II. Idea review and discussion 6-6:45pm
III. Voting on ideas 6:45
IV. Calendar planning/build and volunteer sign up 7-7:20
V. Social time/Blind whiskey reveal! 7:20pm+
